I didn’t really ever plop my hair before using this, maybe tried it once or twice but I would just scrunch with a cotton t shirt. This cuts the dry time by a lot! I have really long curly hair that’s blonde so it take forever to dry and especially in winter. I don’t like to diffuse my hair - I’m an air dry girlie and I love this! No it doesn’t dry your hair completely it just helps the duration of dry time which is really great! Helps with frizz and I can do things around the house while I leave it on, sometimes I keep it on for 30 minutes or even up to one hour! Love this product a lot :)
