Shipping

We are currently only shipping to the following countries: United States, Canada Australia, Germany and the United Kingdom. 

Domestic shipping carriers, lead times:

  • Shipping carrier is USPS (United States Postal Service) for domestic shipments.
  • Shipping/delivery estimates of product shipped within United States (excluding holidays) is 5-10 business days. Sometimes, there are delays. Expect delays at high peak times during holidays or new launches. You can track your package via USPS.com with your tracking number. It will take a few days to package your item, and then it will be sent out using the shipping options you selected during checkout. 
  • If item is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement package at no additional cost to the customer, once we see proof of the damage (we advise taking pictures).
  • If the address you provided is incorrect, and items are returned to MoonstoneSeven, you will be charged for the cost of shipping to resend the package.

  • If your package tracking says it was delivered, yet you have not received your package, please reach out to your local post office before contacting support.

Preorders

Before you decide to order PREORDER items from our website, please note the following:

  • Payments are charged immediately at checkout not at fulfillment 
  • If you decide to cancel your preorder, you must do so before the estimated shipment date. You can cancel your order for full refund to your original method of payment.

  • If you order your Preorder item with an In Stock item, your In Stock Item is going to be shipped shortly after placing the order and your Preorder Item is going to shipped separately. (USA ONLY)
  • If you order your Preorder item with an In Stock item, your In Stock Item is going to be shipped WITH your Preorder Item (INTERNATIONAL) If you would like it shipped before, please place two orders.

  • The ESTIMATED STARTING SHIP date is provided by our vendors and it is only an estimate. We only update the information if more information is provided.

International Shipping & Terms: 

Duties and Taxes

  • You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world.
Shipping Terms
  • MoonstoneSeven is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
  • MoonstoneSeven cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
  • MoonstoneSeven is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.

Delivery Timing 

  • Shipping carrier is USPS (United Postal Service) for international shipments. MoonstoneSeven does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery outside of the USA for any order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. Your international package is trackable to the end destination.
