Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Shipping Carriers: Either USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS.
  • Delivery Estimates: 5-10 business days within the United States (excluding holidays), with potential delays during peak times.
  • Tracking Your Package: Track your package via USPS.com or UPS.com using your tracking number.
  • Order Processing Time: It takes 3-5 business days to pack out your item(s) before shipment.
  • Damaged Items: If your item is damaged during shipping, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost upon proof of damage (please provide pictures).
  • Incorrect Address: If the provided address is incorrect, and items are returned to MoonstoneSeven, you'll be charged for the cost of shipping to resend the package.

    • International Shipping: DHL and UPS handles our international shipments. We don't guarantee specific delivery dates outside the USA, and any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate.

    International Duties and Taxes:

    • Buyer Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc., required by their country for importing goods. These fees are collected in advance and will reflect on your check out page.

    Preorders:

    • Payment: Payments for PREORDER items are charged immediately at checkout, not at fulfillment.
    • Cancellation: Cancel your preorder before the estimated shipment date for a full refund to your original payment method. Contact us at support@MoonstoneSeven.com to cancel.
    • Shipping With In-Stock Items: In the USA, In Stock items ship separately from Preorder items. Internationally, they ship together unless specified otherwise. If you prefer separate shipments, place two orders.
