Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Israel, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland Turkey, the United Kingdom, the United States
Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Shipping Carriers: Either USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS.
- Delivery Estimates: 5-10 business days within the United States (excluding holidays), with potential delays during peak times.
- Tracking Your Package: Track your package via USPS.com or UPS.com using your tracking number.
- Order Processing Time: It takes 3-5 business days to pack out your item(s) before shipment.
- Damaged Items: If your item is damaged during shipping, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost upon proof of damage (please provide pictures).
- Incorrect Address: If the provided address is incorrect, and items are returned to MoonstoneSeven, you'll be charged for the cost of shipping to resend the package.
International Shipping
International Delivery Timing:
- International Shipping: DHL handles all of our international shipments. We don't guarantee specific delivery dates outside the USA, and any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate.
International Duties and Taxes:
- Buyer Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc., required by their country for importing goods. These fees in advance.

- Undelivered Packages: If your package tracking indicates delivery but you haven't received it, reach out to your local post office before contacting support.
Shipping Terms:
- Responsibility: MoonstoneSeven is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments once dispatched.
- Claims: Customers are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
- Mis-Delivery: MoonstoneSeven is not responsible for mis-delivery errors by the carrier or incorrect shipping information.
Preorders:
- Payment: Payments for PREORDER items are charged immediately at checkout, not at fulfillment.
- Cancellation: Cancel your preorder before the estimated shipment date for a full refund to your original payment method. Contact us at support@MoonstoneSeven.com to cancel.
- Shipping With In-Stock Items: In the USA, In Stock items ship separately from Preorder items. Internationally, they ship together unless specified otherwise. If you prefer separate shipments, place two orders.

- Estimated Starting Ship Date: Provided by our vendors, it's an estimate that we update only when more information is provided.
