I have been looking for a hair plopping like this! The only design change I would make is to add velcro to the ties. Sometimes tying the straps causes pressure on the head/neck.

Very comfortable. Could a thin line of silicone at the hairline (kind of like those no slip athletic headbands) work to keep it in place? Mine has slid off both nights so far.
